yes you can jump random people in WoW,both in the world and battlegrounds, its called a pvp server.

All Gear No skill , Makes me Miss al time , used to play A Barbarian lvl 84 :) , full IK ofc :) , and some otheres stuff , b4 i didn't play for 6 mounths , got tired , sad i left a few friend behind :) , I play Wow Now anyway , where you can't do what you dod in this vid , jump ppl randomly

All I saw was you jumping people who were involved in other duels, and jump people who were not paying attention. That does NOT make you a good dueler. That makes you a Jumping Bad Manners Noob.
