Mournhold Is the Capital City of Morrowind Province,The City Can Be Played In the elder scrolls 3 morrowind GOTY edition.

Mournhold is a City in Morrowind, but is not on Vardenfell. If you look at the Daggerfall Map of Tamriel, you see its a city Right on the coast of the big moat where Vardenfell and the top of Morrowind meet.
